As HELYX™ at TRY WINE®, we are able to source our Wines from one of the Largest Wine Collections in St. Petersburg, the Cellar at TRY WINE®. Established in 2014, TRY WINE® is now the Oldest Wine Bar Restaurant in St Petersburg, and with that has grown its Wine Collection to well over 1000 Bottles of Premier Wines from around the Globe. HELIX™ enjoys the unique ability to Select some of the Jewels of the Cellar to pair perfectly with our Multi-Course Experiences.

We were offered a gourmet five-course tasting menu with expertly paired wines for each course, and from the moment we stepped into the private dining room, we knew we were in for something extraordinary. The space is elegantly understated, intimate, and designed for connection—perfect for small groups and special occasions. The dishes were as stunning to look at as they were to taste: fresh, locally sourced, and presented with care. I’m already dreaming of my next visit.
